Nestled in a silent and attractive area, this hotel offers convenient amenities such as an on-site supermarket and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service, with reception staff who are helpful and accommodating. the breakfast is delightful, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the terrace restaurant offers stunning views, creating a serene and enjoyable dining experience.
While the hotel offers many advantages, the interior decor could use some updating to match the beautiful surroundings.

I asked why the air conditioning wasn't working. I was told it was ok only to find out that they didn't have air con! In temperatures of 30 degrees plus and in a city, this would have been a prerequisite

This place is conveniently located near a trolley bus stop, making it easy to find, we enjoyed the free WiFi and would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

We loved the clean and comfortable rooms with nice 70s decor. The bed was comfy, and the pillows, although very soft, provided a good night's sleep. The deep bath with ample toiletries was a nice touch. The availability of a kettle and tea/coffee in the room was convenient. The hotel also provided a microwave at the reception, along with free apples and bottled water. The staff were kind and the room was ready before check-in time. The hotel is located in an attractive and quiet area, with an onsite supermarket and restaurants for added convenience.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Clenliness, professional staff. Acceptance of the fact we showed up on bicycles and let us bring them to our room.
The distance from anything interesting. It is kind of far out.

Convenient location, within walking distance or a short bus ride from the central train station. Clean and spacious rooms.- Good selection of bread and toppings for breakfast
Outdated look and feel of the hotel. Sub-par quality of food and service at the Thai restaurant.

Friendly staff. Especially the reception desk staff. Size of the room was excellent.
The price of the breakfast was a little over the top. Not sure I could ever eat £17 worth of food first thing in the morning.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and has easy access to public transportation. the rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.
The noise levels can be quite high, especially from other rooms through the ventilation system. This can be disruptive to a good night's sleep.

-Room Service: quality and taste of the food was good.
-The phone in the room didn't work. When i mentioned it to the receptionist, she just asked which room and apologized. Didn't offer to change room or to send someone to repair it. -there is a sound system in the bathroom to enable you to listen to the TV when it's on. It's very loud and you cannot switch it off.

We were visiting a patient in the Hopital Cantonal so were very pleased with only a 200mt walk which saved a lot on taxi fares throughout the week. The reception staff were very helpfull when we had to extend our stay. Not the cheapest but a very good hotel in the right spot with a bus stop outside and a supermarket in the basement as well.
Limited food options on Sunday night. Only the Thai Restaurant was open which was a bit expensive but ok if you like the food.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfy and the pillows were just right - not too soft, not too firm. The deep bath was a lovely touch, and there were plenty of toiletries provided. I was also pleased to find tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with a kettle. The microwave at reception was a convenient addition, and I appreciated the free apples and bottled water. The staff were kind and helpful, and the 70s decor gave the hotel a unique charm. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I was even able to check in 30 minutes before the official time. The quality and taste of the room service food was also impressive.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.
